i have a92 chieftain 30 ft.the tv.ariel is loose...

i have a92 chieftain 30 ft.the tv.ariel is loose and the roof around it has lifted.when the ice and snow melted it leaked a tiny bit. with just rain it dosn"t leak.how do i go about fixing...
