Smile New Winnie 2529RG TT owners

Traded from a 37-foot motorhome to the 2529RG travel trailer a week ago - other than having to downsize half of our possessions, so far, it's been a good purchase with the usual new RV quirks and minor imperfections. Love the floor plan and storage inside but getting used to the lack of a 'basement' outside, the pass-thru compartment helps. Haven't been on the road too much yet, the initial 75-mile drive to our mooch-docking spot got me exposed to towing it but still much to learn compared to the motorhome. We're reverse snowbirds spending winters in our park model in Casa Grande, AZ and coming up to Washington State in the spring and summer with our two pups, PeeWee and Gigi. Love browsing the forum to get new ideas and insights on travel trailer living. Nice to be here!

Congrats on your new rig! We're closing in on a year with our 2529RG and we love it. As you stated, we pack a little differently without the basement storage. Once we made the adjustment, we never think about it. Safe travels!
