New member and Vista owner

Hello everyone! It's so good to be part of this group!
Thank you! I'm looking forward to learning and sharing with all of you. I'll be finalizing a purchase of a 2016 View 24J this week. She's a 2016 and will be her proud 2nd owner. I currently have a Lance 1685 that I pull with a Chevy Silverado 1500 with the max trailering pkg. I think my son and his family will be taking over the Lance.
After my husband passed away 3 years ago I sold our 2005 National Dolphin 36f. Loved it a lot but she was much too big for just me and I was never ever comfortable driving unless the road was a smooth wide backroad without another vehicle in sight. LOL. My DH and I were not strangers to traveling/camper life. Over the years we also had an Alfa Gold 32f 5th wheel and then a Keystone 27ft tt which was one very big costly mistake we made. The View will be my very first class C and I'm very excited to be getting her soon. I believe she will fit nicely into my lifestyle of fun roadtrips with my Lucy (black labrador retriever) and enjoying dog events we like to play at. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Hi Mary,
I don't see many with the optional overhead bunk, and I think that is a great idea. Here is the original brochure, and yours looks showroom-new! It sounds like the prefect rig for you and Lucy.
Welcome to the forum.
