Welcome! We have a 2015 35B, been very happy with it. While it lives in Vt now, I actually purchased it from southern Ohio so relatively speaking not too far from you. Couple minor head scratching moments but overall been a great rig. We came from a 2008 Sunova 35J which was a very similar floorplan, but we upgraded for the 2nd bathroom.
