2020 View

Just picked up our 2020 View, and have a couple of questions:
Not sure how to activate the rear view camera with the dinghy hooked up

I'm having trouble getting duplicate keys made for the entry door to the couch. The key is a TriMark, my locksmith couldn't figure out how to make a copy, I talked to someone from Winnebago and was told TriMark doesn't allow duplicates to be made.

Anyone else run into that issue?

I ordered keys for my Jayco form Amazon and all they needed was the key code.
