Questions (Rust/Conversion/Screens) on New Winnie!

Hello everyone,

1. How much under body and stabilizer rust is normal on a new Winnie? I probably used half can of WD40 to get stabilizers and waste gate valves moving freely in addition to almost EVERY nut and bolt being rusted on the stabilizers. I just sprayed them with Rustoleum paint but is that normal even on new TT?

2. I have the 2100 BH which has a dinette slide out. We were thinking about converting it to a U shaped lounge/couch in the evening for the kids. Anyone else have pillow or ideas to do this?

3. Almost all of the window screens have gaps I plan on filling with foam, but the front entry screen door has MAJOR gaps top and bottom. The trailer isn't level so I am wondering if this may be causing some of that issue. If not, is there another adjustment I can make or do I just need to foam those two corners?? Seems like it should fit flush from factory.
