2019 Navion Undercarriage flooring problem

My 2019 Navion 24G has damaged undercarriage flooring (aluminum sheeting) above rear wheels
The sheeting has deteriorated with some patches where it is completely damaged (almost looks like it rotted/rusted through).
The aluminum sheeting can only be purchased in 3 ft x 20ft sections. As I only need 3ft x 4ft max I am looking for alternate solutions.
Any suggestions on how to repair would be welcome.
