suggestion: something to help make winding 50amp cord easier ?

a 50amp cable/cord gets heavy in a hurry but not just weight, but keeping it tidy and small enuf to fit into my fairly small elec area.

the main pia is the flopping 50amp connector, short of velcroing the connector each time to 1 or 2 loops of cord, please suggest something else !!!

my wish: an elec winding system, but too little space it is surprisingly a small area.

thanks!

Depending on the size of your area and is one end of the cord attached permanently. I have used a plastic milk crate when the cord was a seperate item. For me it worked great. Others use some sort a plastic bin etc.

l used to (previous MH) wind my cord directly into the compartment. After unplugging from the pedestal I would carry that end out straight away from the compartment they carry the end back to the RV. Lay it down and start coiling the hose into the compartment.

Worked for me.

Now it's electric wind.
