Magnum Energy - Not Charging Batteries

Additional: When purchased in 2013 the alternator only put out 13 volts, just enough to keep going down the road, but not enough to build the battery. We would always charge up on overnight stays. Never a problem, although a chore.
Lately, and after the new alternator, it only charges about 12.7 volts and I get a battery warning light.

Magnum Energy - Not Charging Batteries

My 2009 Winnebago View alternator not working.
New alternator and battery changed, no help.
Anybody familiar with the Dodge Sprinter 3500?
