Need help with warranty issues in Southern California

We have a 2017 Grand Tour that needs a few major warranty repairs done (rear cap warped due to faulty support underneath, slide out ceiling and lights need to be replaced due to previous roof leak that was already fixed by Winnebago, uneven bedroom floor tiles need to be replaced), and a few other repairs. We were scheduled to have all the repairs done at the Junction City facility next week, but we were notified that they're closing the facility permanently and can't do any more repairs there. They told us to contact Customer Care, which we did. Customer Care referred us to two local dealers to have the repairs done, however, both dealers have told us they can't do them! We're stuck!
There's a place near us (Signature Coachworks) that works on high end coaches, but Customer Care told us that they wouldn't pay for the repairs there, since they aren't an authorized Winnebago repair facility and said we had to go to one of their dealers. Any advice would be appreciated!
