My under the steps battery box was 1/4 inch too...

My under the steps battery box was 1/4 inch too shallow for the new golf cart batteries. Here is how I solved the problem:

Hi Kev,

I just installed 2 6 volt golf cart batteries (hooked in series to make 12 volts) on Saturday. I'm amazed at the difference on my battery monitor readings over the 6 month old deep cycle...
