It may have been a glitch, I would try it for a while and see if it works okay. Be sure to turn off the AC's before unplugging from the shore power. Jesse

If you get correct power with the generator running it could be a loose wire in the transfer switch. If you don't it could be a loose wire at a breaker. May be a bad transfer switch.
