On ours the HI/LOW fan ONLY works on Fan and A/C. When in Electric heat mode the fan speed is preset to HIGH even if select low. I can only guess why, maybe if it wasn't in HIGH air flow the Heat...

Also If you set the temp 4 degrees above what the inside temp reads the gas furnace will also kick in to help heat.. We push ours up by 3 degrees at a time... That way the LPG heater doesn't come...
