Use the washer. It will fill the p-trap if it is empty causing the oder.

I have installed them on my last 2 rigs and the sewer smell has gone away. I don't know if I never parked with "no wind" or the wind is the cause of the oder w/o the Cyclone.

I suspect they work great during the daytime, but a night (no solar) your back to the same issue and in fact may restrict the vent more if not running.

This will solve your problem. It works. Iv'e used them on 2 rigs now and no more smell. They are less than $20.00 and take less than 1/2 hr to install.
