OK so your converter is not running....so find that ckt breaker!! Look by the steps as mentioned previously....I am betting the ckt breaker needs to be reset.

Yes, you are correct....the converter also has a charging aspect in it as well...so when you are on shore power do you have 12v working in your coach? Even with the batteries turned off? IF you do...

OK so you need to find the ckt breaker for the converter....should be with all of the other 110v ckt breakers.
Try calling WGO in the AM if you can not determine where the ckt breakers are located:...

I believe there are some ckt breakers below in one of the bays probably near the steps or in the battery compartment...also I presume you have the battery disc switch turned "on" while plugged in?...
