I have water going to the system, just nothing going into the tank when I flip the lever. Yesterday the hose froze so I wanted the tank full just in case that happened again

I tried to use my water tank fill today. I flipped the switch to fill, heard something move behind the panel but no water went into the tank. Any ideas??
