This may be a dumb question but can I use my hot water heater while the fresh water tank is full and no shore water? I need to shower..

Outside water going straight through and out drainage hose!!?

I have a 2018 micro mini. The water filter I had on my hose busted, so I removed it and plugged the hose back into my camper. The water is coming in to the camper and straight out the front drainage...
