Remove the exterior cover, and then there is a side panel that is part of the duct. Remove a bunch of Phillips screw and there on the left side (facing the front of the RV) are the start and run...

More than likely you have had a start capacitor...

More than likely you have had a start capacitor go bad. Check what RVP's (Coleman) warranty is, it should be covered.
