I called HWH and went on thier web site and the largest jack they have shouln't take more than 7 minutes to retract. HWH called this AM after i emaled them about the problem and what the dealer said...

I am having trouble with my left rear leveler.
It seems to take forever for it to retract so I took it to the dealer and he said the manafacturer told him it was normal for it to take up to 15 min....
