Why not call WGBO service department in Forest City and ask a service adviser what the fix is for your particular couch and ask them to send the details of the fix to your dealer?

Turn OFF the OTA roof antenna booster, then go into the settings for the TV and set it to cable, a do a channel scan. Remember to reset when you go back to OTA or satellite.
