TPMS System in 2022 Minnie 2529RG

Hi -

We own a 2022 Minnie 2529RG. I was told it is equipped with a TPMS System. How can I tell? What do I need to purchase to use it?

Thank you

That information will be in the owners manual. It will require a receiver/monitor in the tow vehicle. That should've came with the trailer from the dealer. If the monitor is lost, the dealer should be able to order you a new one.
If the TMPS is an aftermarket unit, the brand should be on the wheel transmitters.

Unfortunately, Winnebago Towables generally don’t come with the Owner’s Manuals that accompany their motorized stablemates.

I’m not sure who told you that your 2022 Minnie 2529RG came with a TPMS system but looking at the brochures for the RV i don’t see any mention of this being an OEM feature or even a optional addition.

I’m not an expert with your model so perhaps I’m incorrect, but generally a feature like that would be proudly shown in the list of features.

Look at the tire valve stems for anything different looking on them. there are different types and brands, some mounted inside the wheel, others are out, making a big bulge obvious to spot.
But as far a s I know, each sensor type will have to have the same control to receive that signal.
If you did not get any box, etc for in the car, you very very little to call a system! And you can't just go out and get a box from anybody as it has to match the sensors!
Instruction book is also vital!

Example of some types that you might see:

I own a 20222 Minnie 2529RG as well. It comes with some minimal prepping for adding TPMS. You can find the interface in the pass-through compartment near the solar controller. It does NOT come with any actual TPMS sensors.

FYI... I tow our rig with a 2023 Chevy Silverado Max Tow that includes the GM factory Trailer TPMS option. I paid to have the trailer tires dismounted and the GM sensors added. Now the trailer tire pressure readings appear on the truck infotainment screen whenever the trailer is connected.

I agree with IOS 3. I have the same unit and the prep is done for the TPMS system and is located as mentioned. The brand new unit will provide the mount but not the actual TPMS device that monitors tire pressure and heat. If your unit is used the prior owner may have left the TPMS device with the TT.
