2005 Itasca Inverter Question

Hello! First time on Winnebago forum. Question? Both electrical plugins/ outlets on the back of my inverter provide no power? The green go light on the front indicates it's on external power, but internally something isn't working, as that's where TV and dvd player plug in for use while booning it. Is my inverter fried or bad OR something else? Don't think it's a fuse since green external button works? It is a 300 watt Dimensions inverter which is stock to my RIG. Any thoughts out there. Thanks, Brian from Bisbee
