Delamination rear quarter panel

We have our very first RV, an 2002 Minnie 24-footer. The rear quarter panel has delamination. What are the risk of driving in dry weather? Does the delamination have to be fixed, or, if the RV is older such as 2002, do owners carry on and continue to drive with delamination? Thanks RG Bach
