Just a few more things to do.

Good morning everyone, I am having done challenges with my Mini Winni installing the new toilet. The previous owner has removed the bathroom, said he left the plumbing. It has compression fittings and finding any matching parts is difficult. I have a friend who could prob help but add we have already wasted several days we are looking to get it done by a pro. We are causing water damage on the wood floor with our failed attempts. If anyone has done a similar project and has any suggestions, feel free to comment, thank you in advance.
We did make one overnight in a campground, but we'd like the toilet functioning on the next trip.

To clarify the pic, thy side with the plug is where it would connect to the sink, the open end to the source.
