I had 18,800 miles on the engine. The sight glass was about 1/3 up from the bottom. I was told do not depend on the sightglass. In order to change it part of the exhaust system had to be taken apart...

I just had to have mine changed while on the road by Freightliner. Has anyone ever done this themselves?
