You basically dropped 1 volt per amp..This is way...

You basically dropped 1 volt per amp..This is way excessive.

Possible causes are:
Dirty burned blade on your 30 (or50) amp plug (your fault)
Dirty burned outlet (Dogbone) Likwise
Bad connection...
