14' Suncruiser 38Q. Sumo springs, will they handle rear axle hanging?

Getting '14 Suncruiser in a few weeks. Going to install Sumo spring front and rear. Will the rears handle the rear axle drop when on jacks and the rear tires coming off the ground some times? Sumo...
