Thanks for your help. I did test each outlet with a small lamp and nothing works on any of them. The outlet GFCI ion the inverter works just fine and the outlet in the storage bin next to it works.

Actually I unplugged the TVs and now it shows power on both sides of the upper two holes where the tv was, all the other receptacles show hot on the small hole. I am just useing a non-contact voltage...
