After 2nd adjustment by dealer and driving home, 1st time. Guess what. Would not fully retract 12-18 inches. Called made another appointment. Going to pick it up Wednesday. They adjusted it again....

Me too! 2020 View with Carefree Awning. Taking it back for service tomorrow for 2nd time as awning worked ok for 5-6 time then again will not fully retract also about 6-8 inches. 18-20 inches...
