Batteries working like a deep hole

I've hooked up the battery minder as suggested. Neg to Neg and Pos to Pos. My solar is definitely not keeping the batteries charged. Im down another couple percent and still no sun :(

Snow snow and now rain

We just got finished with about a foot of snow. I cleaned off the top of the RV and noticed my batteries were down to about 90%.

I have two questions I’m hoping someone smarter than me can answer. Attached is a diagram of my wiring.

I have a battery minder that I want to connect in and I’m pretty sure where to connect it...
