Oh yeah, the chargers for my E Go trimmer and weedeater sound like a jet engine when recharging the batteries, high speed cooling fans. 56V lithium recharges in about 30 minutes.

Like most lithium drop in batteries - probably made in someone's basement or a tiny warehouse in an obscure country. Not yet a mature industry at all. Give it a few years.
