On mine (W20 Workhorse chassis) the ODB connector...

On mine (W20 Workhorse chassis) the ODB connector is just under the dash on the left side of the steering wheel.
I have had a ScanGauge plugged in for years so I have the trip computer functions...

Besides the foam I use a tennis ball under each arm to keep the foam/wipers off the windshield a little.
My wiper blades are almost ten years old and still work fine.
