We also tried rolling the sunscreen up with the awning and, although it worked, noticed the motor had to much load. Better to remove when retracting the awning.

When in doubt, read the instructions!!:mad::mad: My awning turns-off by pressing two buttons on the remote control -- DW "suggested" that I get the manuals out. :thumb:

Late getting back to all that responded, "Thanks"! I'm still confused :sad: as I don't have an On/Off switch for the power awning -- wind speed settings and that's all that I'm aware of???
