Eric, One thing I did on my 40AD was to tape (eternabond) the seam where
the roof mets the side, I used black tape and will never have to worry about
leaking again. Takes a good half to whole day...

congrats on a great unit, I should know....we replaced both tv's and
gained a ton of space, plus lost a bunch of weight. Pulling to the
tight, check your a arms, this unit might have been towed...
