When this has happened to us the red light on the recall box always is on. Plus the green light on the door is out also the light inside the fridge is off. When you use the magnet to reset the box...

I have a norcold and should have had what sound like the same problem. Which ours had no green light on panel on door of frig or when frig door open no inside light also on the recall box the red...
