I understand your frustration but before you get too far with Mich, make sure it's not a mis mount, as in the bead of the tire did not receive enough lube when originally mounted and now its not...

Did you get a copy of the alignment results? Did the tech inspect front wheel bearing runout? Did the service advisor show you the bell crank at the left front frame area?
