Actually I looked at that to get the forward/aft adjustment working. Its just there are more wires on the driver's seat than the passenger.

Tour 42QD Dirver's Seat Electrical Connections

I turned the Driver's seat the wrong way on my Tour 42QD. It ended up pulling the plug apart that operates the electronic seat. I was able to get it together enough to operate the forward and back...
