The hood is not the only thing glued on my 2000 Adventurer. I also had to repair the grill/headlight assembly. The brackets for it are also glued to the fiberglass. Also note the headlight assembly's...

Ditto to bolting them on. I also thru bolted mine...

Ditto to bolting them on. I also thru bolted mine with SS bolts. Beats the h@#$ out of glue.
