Has anyone learned WHY or WHICH part is the root cause of the failures??

For this type of catastrophic failure, it seems that the cause should be readily identifiable.

Hi Cheryl,

Do you mean that the coach motor is idled up when you lower your jacks, or just the sound is louder with the coach lifted? A louder sound would be normal if it gets louder as the coach...
