Not sure where Winnebago installs them, but I just installed one in my '02 American Eagle. I installed the main vac unit in one of my small bay compartments and ran the vac hose under the fridge...

There should be a 3.5mm audio output on the Visio TV. Connect a 3.5mm male which will also have the White/Red RCA audio jacks (male) to this output. Then take the White/Red RCA jacks...
