Ordering a 2455BHS - dealer unable to confirm options - help?

Hi -

I went to order a 2455BHS today and the dealer informed me it would have to be a 2020 but here is the interesting part....they didn't have the build sheet and weren't able to confirm...

Have any current owners measured their tongue weight? Looking for real-world examples just to make sure I am within payload.... - Thanks!
