I am having terrible luck getting anyone to help me with my brand new (less than 1 month old) Micro Minnie. I'm the first owner and it's under warranty. The slide will not work and there appears to be a botched repair that isn't documented. Winnebago customer service and the dealer are letting me down big time. I guess there is a shortage of repair technicians that can repair this, so I'm out of luck? I've heard nothing but excuses.
