You may be able to get the valves at a Home Depot. Or amazon. But after watching the video it will probably work adjusting it.

In a previous MH my water would give you a burst of (hot or cold) which I do not remember when using the switch to shut off the shower head. I would need to aim the shower head away when turning it...
