Automatic/manual function seriously doubt independently fused, sounds more like a circuit board problem (I do see you replaced). Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance. NOTE: I used my auto function...

Check fuse panel, controller active does not...

Check fuse panel, controller active does not indicate power to hydraulic pump. Pump usually fused by a large subpanel not the small interior coach 110 vac/12 VDC fuse panel.
