ChasA, yes that is correct for the Service Parts List, Sue46 is attempting to load the 3D drawings of there coach which requires the short WBGO serial number to get the color codes for selected parts.

Sue46, I'm running Windows 7, Explorer 11 on a desktop. Took a lot of tweaking to get it to work. Have the same software on a new laptop and I can get it to load but cannot rotate the drawings....
