You should be able to order the Winnebago ladder (see part number in my earlier posting), but you may want to check with them about the appropriate support on the inside of the rear cap.
Our previous RV did not have a ladder so I made that a priority when shopping for our current RV. Now that we have the ladder, it doesn't get used. I have found that a movable ladder is more functional because you can place it close to whatever part of the roof you need to get to.
Now the sailboat and how it is mounted to the rear of the RV has my interest. :-)
I think wall support will be a issue. I would consider one of the handy, dandy ladders that has more positions than a contortionist. For cleaning off slide etc I would consider one of the expandable ladders...........great room saver.

The one on my Vista is rated for 215lbs but it doesn’t feel very secure. I prefer to use a portable ladder or pay someone to go up there.
I would call Winnebago and confirm your wall will support a ladder. My 2013 Sunstar 26HE does not have a ladder. When I went to get one installed, the dealership called Winnebago to confirm the wall would support a ladder. Winnebago said "No".
