Dometic Fridge Thermostat not cutting out

I have a 2003 Dometic Fridge/Freezer Thermostat Not cutting out on 12v or AC Power !


The Fridge works on LPG, 12v & AC Power.
However when on 12V it appears the Thermostat does Not Cut-Out.
