Took it in and they said it was a clock spring...

Took it in and they said it was a clock spring wanted 1000.00 to fix.said had to take steering wheel apart. Just put air horns on instead.

Horn not working

I have a 2008 sightseer 35j and the horn doesn’t work. Horns are good hot wired them to check. No fuses and not sure how to get to the horn ring. Anybody know how I can get to it. It’s a Ford
