Maybe it is coming from the lights themselves, try measuring with lights off. Some of the firs LEDs I got put out a lot of noise on the TV.

It could be high voltage, but it wouldn't be on the 120 VAC side. The LED fixtures run on 12 VDC. It could be the converter or it could be the alternator when driving.
