I have an RV seasons pass at Crystal Mountain ski resort. It stays up there all season and I drive my car the 2 hours and 20 minutes back to the house every week or so. They have free electrical but not plumbing hookups. I heat mine with 2 portable electric heaters which do the job nicely. Mine is not a a 4 season rated and is winterized so i’m like you, dry camping. There are 66 seasons pass spots in the main parking lot which are sold out. It’s pretty convenient and it’s almost ski and ski out but there’s a free shuttle bus that goes right in front of the RV and will take me right up to the base area. There are seven porta John’s in my lot, all the other parking lots have one or more. I try not to use my porta potty, but I have. I take about 12-1 gallon jugs of water up with me for basics. I’ll heat up 2 gallons of water on my stove and go out behind my car and take a pot wash. I’m wearing shorts by the way. They have some daily spots in another parking lot if you ever wanna come out this way, they are pricey, but electric is included, and the bus pulls in right next to your RV. There are some beginner and intermediate runs, but for the most part, Crystal is a serious hard-core, black and double black mountain.
Edit: the elevations are lower out here with the parking lot being at about 4400 feet. The top of Crystal at 7000’ is the highest resort in the state. I figured you were gonna ask how much it cost to be up here all winter so brace yourself, $6749. That includes the electric and like I said you’re right here. Some of my neighbors keep all the plumbing going though. They fill up the water tank by various means. They contract with the porta john people to pump out their tanks which costs extra. Skiing at any major resort has gotten expensive everywhere as you know and Crystal charges $2000 for a parking season pass to park in the closest lot to the base which you have to leave every night and they don’t even have electric so I figure mine isn’t that bad. Many of my neighbors bring their rig up here every year. I brought my rig up here before the snow hit and I hope it to take it down in the spring after the roads melt off so I don’t have to deal with chains
